Monthly Meeting of September 12, 2011

Toronto City Hall (New), committee room N# 4, 2nd floor

Dear Friends and Colleagues, Sisters and Brothers in the Ethnic Press and Media: It gives me a pleasure to call for our September Monthly meeting, according the bylaws of our constitution.

Due to upcoming provincial elections of October 2011, main legislature building is closed this month and therefore I am calling the meeting at committee room N# 4, at the Toronto City Hall, 2nd floor. I do not have the ability here to provide you with a free parking but there are many parking spaces around the area that someone can park with 5 dollars. The meeting is called for Monday September 12, 2011 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.

Together with Dr. Tajdolati we will work on the nominations for this year’s awards, as we did receive confirmation that his honour the L. Governor, will hold the ceremony on Friday October 28, 2011 at 6:00 pm, at the L. Governor’s suite, at Queen’s Park.

This is a very serious meeting and I am expecting all of you to participate.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday October 17th, 2011, at the Toronto City Hall, Committee room N# 4, from 6:00 to 9:30 pm, unless a new speaker will be elected by then at Queen’s Park.
